Business Council

Faculty of Engineering Management Business Council consists of leading entrepreneurs and corporate professionals from our region. It is an important body that links the Faculty with its stakeholders from the regional economy.

  • Exchange of knowledge and experience,
  • Initiating joint activities connecting business and science,
  • Shaping university curricula,
  • Promotion of entrepreneurial mindset among the students,
  • Development of entrepreneurship in the region.

The Council members are appointed by the Dean for 4-year terms. The current Council consists of more than 20 members representing leading businesses from diverse manufacturing and service sectors.

Council members regularly provide opinions on the study programmes from the perspective of the labour market. They serve as guest lecturers and mentors. Their business receive study visits from the Faculty of Engineering Management students. They also offer attractive internship opportunities.
