The Innovation & Business Management programme is designed for students who want to develop advanced managerial skills and prepare for work in innovative and internationally oriented organisations.

The programme combines modern management with innovation, entrepreneurship, international business, marketing and data analytics. Students learn how to manage organisational change and business processes, develop innovative ventures, analyse business data and make strategic decisions in a dynamic business environment.

What will you learn?

During the programme, you will develop skills in:

  • strategic and innovation management,
  • entrepreneurship and business development,
  • international marketing and international business,
  • change, process and crisis management,
  • business and statistical data analysis,
  • controlling and financial aspects of management,
  • identifying trends and anticipating future business developments.

The programme also includes a master’s thesis and a two-week professional internship.

Career opportunities

Graduates are prepared for careers in business management, innovation management, business development, consulting, marketing, process management, business analytics and international business.

They may work in private companies, international organisations, consulting firms, innovative enterprises and start-ups, or develop their own business ventures.
