Aleksandra Maria Gulc,PhD, received a scholarship from the Minister of Science for outstanding young scientists demonstrating significant achievements in scientific activity. She was among 228 awarded scholarship holders, including 6 representing social sciences and the discipline of management and quality science. The scholarship is awarded for a period of 3 years. In the 19th edition of the competition, 1,708 scholarship applications were submitted.
Aleksandra Maria Gulc is an assistant professor at the International Department of Logistics and Service Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering Management. She defended her doctoral thesis with distinction at the Białystok University of Technology in 2020. Her research interests focus on the issues of service quality management, trust in technology, and intelligent and sustainable urban mobility. She is the author and co-author of monographs and numerous publications in high-ranking journals. She was the manager of the research project “A relational model of the system for shaping the quality of courier services in the e-commerce industry” (PRELUDIUM competition, National Science Center). Currently, she is the manager of the project “Envisioning sustainable futures in higher education business departments, inspired by Permaculture design principles” (the “Cooperation partnerships in higher education” campaign, Erasmus+ Program), deputy manager of the project “Prospects for the implementation of social and technological innovations of the Future Industry dedicated to supporting the employment of people disabled in Polish industrial processing enterprises” (competition “Social and technological innovations in the process of activation of disabled people”, State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons) and a member of the research team in the project “Factors determining the social acceptance of intelligent and sustainable urban mobility” (OPUS competition, National Center Sciences).
