Prof. Joanna Ejdys was appointed to the Committee of Organization and Management Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences

On June 12, 2024,  prof. Joanna Ejdys  was appointed to the Committee of Organization and Management Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

Prof. Joanna Ejdys has been a professor of social sciences since 2020. She is the head of the International Department of Logistics and Service Engineering at the Faculty of Management Engineering. Her scientific interests focus on foresight research, trust in technology, and intelligent and sustainable urban mobility. Currently, she is the manager of a research project financed by the Horizon Europe program – Towards Sustainable Land-use Strategies in the Context of Climate Change and Biodiversity Challenges in Europe (LAND EUROPE) (ID 101081307-2, implementation period 2023-2027) and a research project financed by National Science Center, entitled Factors determining social acceptance of smart and sustainable urban mobility (UMO-2022/45/B/HS4/01414, implementation period 2023-2025). She has many years of experience in managing scientific and teaching projects. She  is an author or co-author of over 200 scientific publications as well.
