Routledge has published the monograph &#8220;Lean Six Sigma and the Theory of Constraints: Tools, Case Studies, and Synergies&#8221;, written by Wies\u0142aw Urban, DSc, PhD, Eng., Associate Professor at Bialystok University of Technology, and Patrycja Rogowska, PhD, Eng.<\/h4>\n<p>Routledge is classified at Level II of the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education&#8217;s list of publishers, which means the monograph is awarded the maximum of 300 points under the national evaluation system.<\/p>\n<p>The book explores how two leading improvement methodologies, Lean Six Sigma and the Theory of Constraints, can work together. Drawing on practical tools and case studies, the authors demonstrate that combining the two approaches can significantly improve organizational performance, especially in continuous process improvement and operational metrics.
