Would you like to project your future? Are you a career counselor and would like to learn about modern tools for anticipating the future? Are you interested in personal and professional development?<\/p>\n

If you replied “yes” to at least one of the questions, we invite you to participate in the final conference of the international project Futures – Future laboratories for professional and personal development i<\/em>mplemented at the Faculty of Management Engineering of Bialystok University of Technology.<\/p>\n

As part of the event, we are planning lectures on the presentation of the main results of the project, but also workshops on tools for anticipating personal and professional development dedicated to high school learners, students and young academics. The workshops will be conducted by experienced academics, academics, career counselors and personal development trainers.<\/p>\n

The FUTURES project has received funding under the Erasmus+ programme (Strategic Partnerships for Higher Education, KA203). The project is set up by teams from: Faculty of Engineering Management of Bialystok University of Technology (leader), Lukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Exploitation Technology in Radom, Middlesex University (UK), Hanze University Groningen (Netherlands), Valuedo (Italy) and Foundation for Research and Technology Hellas (Greece).<\/p>\n

The aim of the project was to develop modern tools that will allow high school learners,  students and  early stage researchers to rationalize their choices of educational paths and better plan their professional future.<\/p>\n

The conference will be held on 22th of June 2023 at the Faculty of Engineering Management of Bialystok University of Technology. The detailed program of the conference can be found at the following Program – Final Conference – Futures Project<\/a>. The language of the conference is English.<\/p>\n
