Students learn how to manage organisational change and business processes, develop innovative ventures, analyse business data and make strategic decisions in a dynamic business environment.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>What will you learn?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>During the programme, you will develop skills in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>strategic and innovation management,<\/li>\n<li>entrepreneurship and business development,<\/li>\n<li>international marketing and international business,<\/li>\n<li>change, process and crisis management,<\/li>\n<li>business and statistical data analysis,<\/li>\n<li>controlling and financial aspects of management,<\/li>\n<li>identifying trends and anticipating future business developments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The programme also includes a master\u2019s thesis and a two-week professional internship.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Career opportunities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Graduates are prepared for careers in <strong>business management, innovation management, business development, consulting, marketing, process management, business analytics and international business<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>They may work in private companies, international organisations, consulting firms, innovative enterprises and start-ups, or develop their own business ventures.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Study programme<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The full programme comprises <strong>4 semesters, 1440 hours of classes and 120 ECTS credits<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Study plan \u2013 Innovation &amp;
